Recently, Government of India has launched the Skill India Development and National Skill Development Corporation programs to increase the better skilled workforce for the industry. Earlier, in past few years, there were conventional programs which were taught to students and these programs were not acclaimed on international standards. The students were facing a big issue and there was hardly any scope for future developments. Most of the time it happened that parents and peers started looking for those programs which were suited for their wards and irony of the situation is that, parents were teaching students that what to study and how to study.
The proper education system was not established and everyone was studying was everybody was studying and there wasn’t any scope for new mode of education for students. It is good that students were getting good salaries out of their education but in reverse, the things were not going right with their ambitions. Their ambitions were crushed because of the ambitions of parents and peers who were forcing them to perform their desired tasks.
When it comes to the skill development part, the various courses were introduced which induced Auto industry campus placement in the leading institutes of India. Various universities, institutes and academies are enforcing students to perform better in their education and because of this student are getting good jobs. Another specialization course like B.Sc. in Automotive Techniques is designed and developed according to the demands of industry.
